Our Camellia Blossoms are certified organic and harvested from wild, ancient camellia sinensis trees grown at 5000 feet above sea level. Picked from 100-1200 year old trees, shrouded in mist and fog, they are hand picked and then allowed to sun ripen. 

Camellia Blossoms are non-caffeinated and are rich in antioxidants. Once brewed, they have a taste with rich notes of cassia, apricot & sweet molasses. 

Water Temperature: 212°

Brewing Instructions: Use 1Tbs. per 8 oz. Steep 5-7 min.

For iced tea, steep strongly and allow to cool. Pour over ice.
